To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following house rules.
🕒 Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
Check-out: On or before 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and are charged at ₱150 per hour.
🚭 No Smoking
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in indoor common areas.
Penalty: ₱5,000
Please use the property's designated smoking areas, if available.
🐾 Pets Friendly
Guests are responsible for any stains, odors, damage, or additional cleaning caused by their pets. Corresponding charges may apply.
🤫 Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM and be respectful of neighboring residents at all times.
👥 Visitor Policy
Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the unit.
Visitors must comply with the condominium's visitor registration procedures. Unauthorized or overnight guests may result in additional charges or denial of entry.
🧹 Clean As You Go
Please help keep the unit clean throughout your stay to maintain a pleasant environment and prevent pest infestation.
🍳 Cooking
Cooking is allowed.
For the comfort of future guests, strong-smelling foods are not permitted.
🛋️ Care for the Unit
Please treat the unit and its furnishings with care.

Damaged furniture or appliances
Broken items
Missing items
To preserve our delicate limewash wall finish, please do not tape, stick, or attach decorations to the walls.
If you're celebrating a special occasion, kindly inform us in advance so we can suggest alternative decoration methods.
Parking Information
FREE outdoor parking (first come, first served)
Basement Parking Rates:
• ₱50 first 3 hours
• ₱10 succeeding hours
• ₱200 overnight parking (10PM–6AM)
Payment Policy
₱500 security deposit is required to proceed with the booking. You may send your reservation here.
The security deposit is 100% refundable upon check-out, provided there are no damages, stains, missing items, or violations.

Once payment is confirmed, your reservation will be finalized and check-in details will be provided.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy
The security deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
Rebooking or rescheduling is allowed with a ₱500 rebooking fee (subject to availability).
Full payment of the stay is required upon check-in.
