House Rules

To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following house rules.

🕒 Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards
Check-out: On or before 1:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and are charged at ₱200 per hour.

🚭 No Smoking

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in indoor common areas.

Penalty: ₱5,000

Please use the property's designated smoking areas, if available.

🐾 No Pets

Pets are not permitted inside the unit.

🤫 Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM and be respectful of neighboring residents at all times.

👥 Visitor Policy

Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the unit.

Visitors must comply with the condominium's visitor registration procedures. Unauthorized or overnight guests may result in additional charges or denial of entry.

🧹 Clean As You Go

Please help keep the unit clean throughout your stay to maintain a pleasant environment and prevent pest infestation.

🍳 Cooking

Cooking is allowed.

For the comfort of future guests, strong-smelling foods are not permitted.

🛋️ Care for the Unit

Please treat the unit and its furnishings with care.

Charges will apply for:

Stains
Damaged furniture or appliances
Broken items
Missing items
To preserve our delicate limewash wall finish, please do not tape, stick, or attach decorations to the walls.
If you're celebrating a special occasion, kindly inform us in advance so we can suggest alternative decoration methods.

Parking Information

Parking Rates - Shore Residences

The parking facility is operated by Park Solutions Inc. and is open 24 Hours.

For Standard Vehicles (Cars/SUVs)

Grace Period: Free for the first 15 minutes.

Base Rate: ₱ 50.00 for the first 4 hours.

Succeeding Rate: ₱ 50.00 per hour after the first 4 hours.

If you have a vehicle, please be advised that we don’t have our own parking space.

But alternative parking spaces are always available at Four E-Com and the public parking, here at Shore Residences.

Use the Shore Residence public parking (nearest & most convenient) Or park at Four E-Com Center (walking distance, more affordable option)

Parking Rates - Four E-com

₱50 fixed rate per entry

₱300 overnight parking (after 3:30 AM)

+₱50 if exiting after 6:00 AM

₱200 for lost/damaged tickets

For Motorcycles

Short Stay: ₱ 10.00 for up to 15 minutes.

Flat Rate: ₱ 50.00 (Valid from 6:00 AM to 1:30 AM).

Additional Fees & Penalties

Overnight Charge: ₱ 300.00 + regular parking rates (applies between 1:30 AM and 6:00 AM).
Lost/Damaged Ticket: ₱ 200.00 penalty + regular parking rates.

The security deposit is 100% refundable upon check-out, provided there are no damages, stains, missing items, or violations.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy
- The security deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
- Rebooking or rescheduling is allowed with a ₱500 rebooking fee (subject to availability).
